I had to replace my header because it was cracked and i was wondering what the big cylinder thing is that the header is bolted on to? I was told it was a catalytic converter but it doesnt look like one.

hey superk Does your stock exhaust have a split piece of aluminum clamped around the exhaust pipe after the header and catalytic converter?

Yea thats what i thought there should have been flex pipe after. The person who fixed the exhaust before i got it replaced the flex pipe with a piece of straight pipe for some stupid reason. Thanx alot.

I have a 95 mx-3 1.6L DOHC and i was wondering if there is supposed to be a flex pipe after the header? I also just discovered that my header is almost cracked in half. Some parts of the exhaust were replaced before i bought the car and i was wondering if they did not put the flex pipe back in place...

I was wondering if the prm racing intake system for the V6 would fit on the 4 Cyl.?

American Racing makes rims that look almost identicle to the stock rims.

Will the genie header fit on the DOHC also or do they make the same for the DOHC?

I Just noticed alot of oil directly below my valve cover on my 1.6L DOHC, its all over and creating smoke. Does anyone have any ideas on what could possibly fix this?
