I would not put the 16G on the 2.5... It will spool up very fast and loose a bit at top end. The bolt patterns are the same as 'some' T25's. You can get an adapter plate to go from a 16G to t3/t4.. The pistons and rods should be rated for 30psi... But I would not go over 400hp. I'm not too sure what turbo/cfpm they were originally rated for.
