Re: removing headlight lens
If you take the whole assembly out, and take out the bulb, use about a 7 to 1 mixture of CLR (that cleaning stuff for bathrooms etc) and water (7 parts CLR, 1 part very very hot water) and pour it in the hole where the bulb would go, swish it around and let it sit for about 30-40 minutes, then rinse ...

Re: negative wire in the hood...where?
In response to your post asking about clarifying things, you are right. As far as the cigarette lighter adapter thing is concerned, that must look pretty ugly sticking out of the console?? But yes 18 awg wire will be fine.

Re: Adding Rims
I wouldn't think that it would be too hard to find 4 bolt rims.. Adapting a 5 bolt is not only difficult but also illegal in a lot of areas due to safety. <P>Check some sites, even if the picture of the rim is a 5 bolt it's probably available in 4 bolt a well check out <A HREF="http://www.rim1.com ...

Re: JSP rear wings.
I actually went to JSP, the guy is located in Niagara Falls, incidentally right behind the place that is installing my FX front bumper as we speak. When I went there in october, they didn't make anything specifically for the MX-3. That may have changed, but personally I have to agree not to buy ...

Look like normal lights to me, I have 2 brand new OEM headlights on my MX-3, that actually are pretty nice looking headlights when the plastic lens isn't faded

Re: negative wire in the hood...where?
I'm not exactly sure here, but if Skiddy is telling you to wire the positive wire from the battery and then the positive wire from the neons to the same prong, that's totally wrong, if you do that, you might as well not even use a switch.<P>If the switch has two prongs, you will need to run the ...

The kit he has on is only the Skirt, not the whole bumper. The whole bumper costs $591 and some change including shipping. <P>Mine comes in tomorrow, I'll post pics when I get it installed (goes into shop on the 29th)

Re: HELP!! oil coming from bolt on valve cover?????
Mine was doing the same, leaking from one of the centre bolts, i replaced the valve cover gasket, and that solved the problem. Just don't overtighten the bolts when you put the cover back on or you will ruin the gasket and guess what, it's going to leak again
