I'm guessing thet the problem is that it is wery tight.? I had the same problem and the only solution I found was to use a LARGE arigun to remove it. There are howewer more dubios aproches to geting it loose, you will find more answers if you search for it but the best way is to buy or borrow a larg...

I'll try adding that to ;) Well I've clened the TB, not the Intake Manifold tho. Test driven it now, and it still alot of smoke when motor braking, but i gues it's actualy wather vapor comming out in the exhost... I'll try cleaning the whole EGR Channel next week. Another problem when the smoke come...

Today I've taken two testrides after adjusting idle. I used the TEN and GND crosower, and adjusted the idle to about 650. When I stoped the engine and took out the jumper i started it again and checked the idle, it read about 650. First ride was fine but after driving alittle i noticed it idled at 1...

Ok, thank you all for replying, now for an uppdate. Changed the waterpump and so far so good (exept i changed it twice sinche the first time the store gave me 92-93 pump, dident notice that before i put everything back together again). And i changed the bearing in one pully i felt was cind of dead. ...

Sorry to bring upp an old thred but... I seem to have the same problem, cant figure out if i have OBDI or OBDII. My car was new in Norway medio 1997. I have the diagnostic connector under the hood. Does anyone know if Europen cars came with OBDII connectors? And does anyone have a picture of the OBD...
