how do I go about checking the computer code? I remember doing it on my old Pontiac Fiero, you basically just had to use a paper clip to short-wire two connectors and get the code by the blinking "check engine" light... Hi there everybody,<P>I'm having a bit of trouble with my 96 GS. The car starts, the "engine check" comes on, the engine idles for about 2-3 minutes without any problems, and then it simply dies. I can manage to get it going a bit longer (about 1 more min) if I step on the gas, then the engine jumps ...
