Re: Who has a BPT swap?
that's not the only difference. the gt-r, unlike the gt-x, is a race bred motor. the only reason it's on the market is because they had to make a certain number to race it. some of the things the gt-r has is a web stiffened block(stronger),sodium cooled exhaust valves, stronger internals...and some ...

found it. this is word for word what they wrote to me.....
Problems we encountered.
#1
The B6T was meant to sit straight up in the engine bay. The MX3 has a tilted
engine (towards the front). The B6T intake manifold hits the hood. We have
to cut a hold in the hood of the car and put a s...

Re: The B6T will soon be mine!
i got an e-mail from cork sport. i'll dig it up and see exactly what it said about the intake manifold. no, i don't have a b6t. i had thought about getting one but then i found a good deal on the GT-r motor. as for BOV's....i've got the blitz ssbov. it's "real" loud but it also has an adap...

Re: hmmm... What color interior????
that's what it comes down to. you get what you pay for. the complete paint job(minus the engine bay) should be on average 1000-1500us. but it also depends on the type of paint you have. the engine bay is extremely time consuming(which equals more money) to paint.
i have the greenish color mx. do y...

Re: HELP!!!!!!!!!
you are correct when you say that redline is the max safe rpm your engine can handle. but you are incorrect about redlining it all the time. when you redline, you are pushing your car to the max. the more you do this, the more you ware down your engine..not just your spark plugs. you are putting max...

Re: The B6T will soon be mine!
i was reading my instruction book for my s-afc. it doesn't have the mx-3 listed. you'll have to take your car to a performance shop and see if they kind find what type of sensor your car has(pressure,hot-wire, flap, or karman) and also the sensor # that will need to be used. if you can't find this i...
