Re: I think my starting motor is fried....
try beating on the starter solenoid with a wrench or something similar. with age, the solenoid tends to stick. if this is the case, and it starts afterwards, it's time for a new starter.

Re: not sure on post/ blinkers problem
loose connection somewhere, or blown fuse for the horn.
could be the same for the turn signal, but it could also be because of a blown bulb. front and back are not working? or just one of them is out. if a bulb is blown, it will blink fast like that to let you know.

Re: motor and tranny questions?
if you want to keep your stock tranny, you need a sohc passenger side cv axle. as long as you keep all your B6 parts, you can use your stock tranny.
it's like pulling teeth with you!!

Re: motor and tranny questions?
first of all, you suck if you don't know the answer to this. you of all people should know how to search. may God have mercy on your soul.
anyway, you would need to swap over everything from the tranny...flywheel, clutch, etc. you would also need a sohc passenger side cv axle.
oh yeah, you suck!

Suomy Neil Hodgson Spec-1R Helmet
I just purchased this helmet only to find out it's too small. Due to the way I ordered it, I cannot return it. That is why I'm trying to sell it, so I can buy the correct size. Retail is $499, asking $400obo. Helmet is brand new, tried it on, and put it back in the box. Helmet is a medium. <img src=...

Re: lost a cylinder
regular ngk's will work fine. a timing belt is not needed if you're timing is fine. disty cap is about $20 and the rotor is about $12 from autozone. please do not spread wrong information.

once again perry, i'm here to help you out.
a little bit of advice, figure out what you're going to do about fuel control before you even start.(haltech, etc.)
