Re: What should i do??
please don't do yellow! keep it simple--use black, silver, or white accents. don't do two primary colors--that'll look like s---.

Re: Has anyone done a automatic -> manual swap?
no...it was an example of a person who put a turbo on his car and the auto didn't hold up. it was probably the combination of the turbo and his driving style. no, its not a very good idea, but you can do it.

Re: Has anyone done a automatic -> manual swap?
Apexi--he's already got the part's he'd need, so its not gonna cost him very much at all from here on out. as far as the workload, just make sure you have enough time, tools, and friends. your car is already set up to accept either an auto or a stick, so the swap probably won't be that hard. just do...

Re: Colored driving bulbs.....
ummm.....lay off the acid? the blue bulb is gonna make the housing look a little bit blue, but there's no way it could still make it blue even when you take it out, unless the bulbs broke inside and left some blue glass or something.

Re: Ignition Problem
yeah, i had to get the distributor replaced, too. it cost me $285-ish including towing. i had the exact same problems as you did. someone said something about finding distributors for $90 at NOPI.com, but i haven't looked myself. unfortuntely, this is a very common problem with these cars. mine crap...

Re: need a teacher
18's with thinner sidewalls will have less tire roll, but onless you get super-light wheels the turn-in won't be as quick. as far as suspension brands to go with, bilstein makes great shocks, and H&R make good springs, but i personally have never used eaither of them on my mx-3 so don't take my ...

Re: need a teacher
alright, strut tower bars keep your car frombending around in the turns. on front-wheel drive cars, adding a bar to the back increases oversteer (good thing) and adding one to the front increases understeer (bad thing). adding both just add rigity to your chassis. springs and shocks/struts cause you...
