Understandable there, cost is always the issue for everything. Thanks for explainging the FMU, over here we call them AFPR (Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulators) though as you saif they are a touch crude in there fule control and apiggy back alike the SAFC2 would be alot better I may have to have a l...

LOL this is the most random thread I'v ever read PMSL  As for the snapping noise you may find the jack wheels are stuck on the surface they are on and as such as the car raises the crown is slipping on the chassis or sill you placed it upon. Jacks on the whole are good where ever you buy from b...

Well won't going abouve 10psi then !!!! Thought I recognised the turbo from the pictures, if you're going to stick with a single turbo arrngement it may be a good concideration to get a GT2850RS or there abouts as spool will be much much better whether on K8 or the ZE. Can't believe the stock fuel s...

Wait!? Your planning to spend all this money messing up the weight distribution and just for the sake of doing something that noones done?!? At least make it worth while. The cost of fabrication and custom parts will horribly overshadow the cost of the engine itself. Shell out the dough and stick s...

Pictures are great thanks, gives me some idea on space well too. That looks like a t3 with a t4 compressor??? What sort of spool per gear are we talking?? At that size and with the gas flow I'd expect full boost at about 4-4500rpm in first and 3-3500 in each gear after, would I be correct??? We had ...

No one has flamed me for it................. yet :? Though I have been told it can't be done, but to be fair the person saying it can't be done is always overshadowed by the person that just did it 8) only thing I'm taking abit of heat on is the fact we're working with the K8 not the ZE, baseline is...

Turbo...... like your style 8) what sort of power you get from your tubby setup and what arrangement are you using? Our plan is a twin TD035, relitively small tubro's but with only 900cc's to play with its quite a limited field ECU will be an SAFC2 as we already have a spare one  Has anyone tak...

Agreed, personal taste is what makes the world go round at the end of the day. Rotary's are great engines though sometimes hard to work on to be honest and can be very very expensive to modify once certain limits have been reached. V design engines give great torque and overall power without having ...

uh well honestly.. i spent around eh 700 dllrs on my car, headers, flywheel , clutch this and that.. on the k8.. it was not worth a dime. The car was still slow. even if you get the ze cams, it will still be slower than a de. If you are lucky it will be as fast as a kfze (and thats not fast believe...
