Yes it will fit on a stock bumper, it's made for the MX-3...that is, if there's not already a lip on the bumper :). There are 3 to a side...I guess all mx-3's got em...little black rectangular inserts under the car at the edges...between rear wheel and door...need one or two...if somebody isn't using theirs

Well...I took them off again cuz the velcro won't stick to the car very well...adhesive on the back too weak
