Looks sweet man. And I agree, ya just don't see many cars nowadays that can match the cool body style of the MX-3. I personally like 3000 GT's and 300Zx's too, but alas, they are not made anymore either...

That inspires me to put some wood on the side of mine, a la 70's station wagon... :)

Wow, these somewhat diminuitive cars are full of surprises ha (I hate when people call it "little", even if it ain't big, so what?)..

If I ever get around to installing a sunroof kit, that'll be a job to be sure...

And the mysteries of the MX continue to unfold....

Yeah that's what I did...just make SURE to wear gloves, cuz they will be
good and hot for about another 15 when you pull em out

But yeah it works great, the lenses will just lift right off

Cool efferdent trick too :) I'm sure that would be much easier

Because I could look inside through the lenses and see dirt and crap in there, believe me it was a last resort. I tried little rags on a stick through the bulb hole first :)

To clean the mirror chrome part inside, the lenses have to come off. The only way this is possible is with heat, they are glued together. Know what I mean?

Yeah I bought a headlight from Jimishadow, it was in extra good shape, better than expected, and shipping was prompt and he was very fair and reasonable to negotiate with.

Alright, but i thought the yellow was kinda cool.... Just get a scuff pad and get every bit of the gloss off, and feather out all the chipped areas with 350 grit or so and some two part spot putty filler. A mouse sander really helps. Then that can either be primed and painted over directly. Just my ...

I think yellow looks good on some cars, but bugs look nappy anyway no matter what to me.... Is it that much more expensive just to have the jambs painted along with the rest? Masking off the interior with some kinda plastic sheeting is all it'd take, right? Of course, if you want to do the bodywork ...
