Re: Measuring ABS sensor

There's a resistance range iirc around 1.5kohms. Possibly in workshop manual. Can't remember value but if they're all the same you will know they're fine. Have you pulled abs codes? I made a how to on ukmx3 years ago for that.

Re: Adjustable Mazdaspeed struts

These generally have mazdaspeed springs by eibach with them. I had a set but the shocks were all rusted and leaking :( I still run the springs though.

5.5 PSI so very little! Can't imagine the rx-7 injectors are under much strain! Upgraded to a proper variable TPS using an automatic BP throttle body. This gives far more linear response and accuracy for megasquirt :) http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f295/marcdh/IMG_20140506_171625_zpsw3vd8mcu.jpg ...

Re: Clutch slave piston not lining up straight with trans fo

Are you sure that clutch fork is on right? As I'm sure you know the spring on the fork has a circular opening to locate the fork onto the ball thing that acts as the fulcrum. Maybe worth unbolting the slave (hydraulics intact), take off the rubber boot, have a look and make sure everything is happy ...

Eibach are meant to be 30mm, on my bros old 323F BA they were about that. Maybe 40mm maximum. That was on standard shocks and they lasted for about 4 years. I will buy your H&Rs ;)

Haha cheers Arnold. Ordered some stronger cutting polish to get it done faster :) lol at the feel, I was rubbing it and stroking it then felt like I probably looked like a creep. If I get near an empty garage I'll respray the whole thing. mazdamx3bds thanks, did you see the MS pinout in the tuning e...

Re: Marc's S2- Autozam AZ-3 B5ZE -BOOOOOSSST videooooooo

Paint looked a bit orange peely with various defects from spraying outside in the winter (6 degrees C), whilst it inevitably rained! I finally dared to try wetsanding with 2000 grit. Very scary at first as it removed all shine. Then the DA polisher came out and saved the day. It is now my best paint...

Re: Marc's S2- Autozam AZ-3 B5ZE -BOOOOOSSST videooooooo

Thanks guys! I decided the worst looking part of my car was the rear bumper. It came with the car pretty hammered with minor collision damage. Fortunately nothing frame bendingly serious. Rough old bumper, dented and apparently painted with dulux with a yard brush, also rubber "I can't park str...

HOW TO: DIYPNP Megasquirt for AZ-3 1.5 B5ZE

This is a work in progress. The image describes the pins I have used for the AZ-3 JDM B5ZE. This has been stable for nearly a year now. I'll add in photos of circuit board and the firmware settings later. This setup is with the sequential injection add on board, which I'd recommend considering it's ...
