is the window closed already for 15 yr old imports? you're last post's link stated that it could come into effect by Jan 2008 (and the document was typed by the Canada ruling body) but some kid told me that it has already taken effect and only 20 yr old imports are allowed now ... tell me this kid's ...

i've enquired about an RX-7 FD in Japan, and the seller told the importer that it "smokes a little during start-up"... what does this mean? obviously i'm assuming that is a bad thing.

Education needed to design and manufacture Bodykits?
i'm starting to guess that people who design bodykits rely on AutoCAD or some other computer-aided-design program. Does this mean that if I take a course in say Engineering Graphics Tecnician, I would become introduced to this world of bodykit designing?

i'm actually moving out of the city and found out the stock headlights were really dangerous driving on the highway at night. the lowbeams seem to only go 2 feet in front of this car. and from inside the car that's absolutely no road coverage whatsoever ...
