I had basically the same problem, except i was rattling on them with an impact, and one of the bolts nut that is in the frame rail broke loose. They are just spot welded on. And now i cant take my crossmember off anymore, i can just bend it out of the way -If you drilled it with a 1/2 drill, theres ...

id say just take a close look at the rubber damener inside it for cracks... but yah i havent heard much of them falling apart either.

Looks like it would work if you cut it at the right angles, but i recommend getting the 2 pc intake set made for those cars.

closest tire to stock would be a 215/45 16

it depends which crank seal your talking about, if its the one on the transmission side, i would recommend goin big and just dropping in a new motor, since you have to drop the tranny out anyways. But if its on the oil pump side, thats not to difficult, just as easy as doing a timing belt replacment...

the straight neck intake fits on nicly, i had one on my car for a couple months. You just need to modify several things.

can some one post up some quick directions or an address, also is it still planned for 4pm??

Not to sure, but it has been done many many times, i think you just have to swap over your original sensors, but i have heard that the crank sensor doesnt plug in and has to be spliced onto a diffrent plug end, but dont quote me on that. Just take a look at the sensors and make sure they look the sa...
