Ok suprisingly the people who did my exhaust work never reinstalled the cat. and just stright piped it. so i have header, flex pipe, prescilencer and muffler . So now im really baffeled, What else could cause power surging ?

Your ecu would always use the highest voltage of the 2 sensors which would make you run either more rich or more lean then you currently are. Anyone know what the voltage is supposed to be on the green/white wire at full throttle on the TPS ? Becaust the 5 volt power wire i get 4.97 volts and the output wire green/white at full throttle i get 3.80 volts is this low or high ? Thanks

Try testing your temp sensor , Maybe try a search for hei , a common temp. related no start problem. I cant really understand what your trying to describe.
