I would not recommend buying from this seller. Hasn't tried to resolve my issues, ignores messages and PMs.

Also waiting for resolution. Out an extra $75 incl. shipping to Interprep to even out an "incomplete" set of valve springs. I'll settle for a refund of 1/4 of the purchase price, since 1/4 of the item was missing. Not to mention inconveniencing the shop, where the engine's been delayed an ...

It appears that setting this straight isn't really a big priority... just refund 1/4 of the money paid for the valve springs please.

Any luck with retainers? Get back to me please, if I can save the cost of my mechanic digging into my old engine, it will make up for the $75 shelled out to Interprep.

OK, after repeated phone calls, text messages and PMs, I gave up and called Interprep.
After texting me to ask who I was, why didn't you answer my calls?

Eighteen springs is not a "set".

Anyway, just like to note that Interprep are first-rate, and immediately shipped me six springs. Kudos.
