Re: Car chokes and stalls
Sounds like you said your issues come when the car warms up right.. If I read thta right then you need to look at systems that change when at operating temperature. The typical sensors that tell the ECU the cars temp are the water temp sensors and the O2s. I would change those and I bet most if not ...

Re: when putting car in gear, idle goes up in rpm??
There is a neutral switch on the manual trans that tells the ECU when it is in Neutral... could you guess that ;) There is another very similar switch on the trans that is for reverse. (only used so turn the reverse lights on that I know of). So that is how the cars knows to idle up. It increases th...

Re: Recommend a clutch for KLZE
I am happy to see you post Leslie, been a bit. I used to run a ACT and it was pretty nice, but has a quick engagement. After some practice I bet you'll find yourself wanting somthing that engages a bit more smoothly. The quick transition makes it hard to ease into the gear on corner exit and thus yo...

Eventhough it is in Canooktown, that is a good find. I was looking for strut bars, but I guess someone beat me to them. ![Shrug ](./images/smilies/shrug.gif)

Or, skip all that and build a roll cage. It does the same thing, but better and is what you should do for a performance MX ![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/icon_wink.gif)

I wonder if it is a mistake and they were looking at or measuring 4 banger parts... odd to be so confident and so off at the same time...

Re: Someone f-ing hit me!!!!!
Indoro must have some body work XP, that is pretty much what a body shop would do. Some would reaplce the whole quarter panel, but the rear quarters are kinda tough to replace. Depending on the damage, it is likely a body shop job, not a do it yourself. But, if you are bold practice makes perfect, s...

Re: White line suspension BMR55.Is it worth?
If you race it is worth it, if not get other parts first like struts and springs. If you have those then go for upper strut bars, then maybe new bushings.

Rev limiter and redline are to different things... Lols, awesome story and pics. thanks for sharing So how nice was the winning E30? any shots of it? Re: A Place to Order Tow Hitches and stuff for MX-3
I bet you cannot machine a stock flywheel any cheaper than buying a lightweight one... Once you pay for the machine time and then the balance time you are getting into some good money. Just a note too- they sell trailers that are more or less a little shelf off of the hitch to carry 4 race tires if ...

Re: Brake Booster ???
Just to add to the post for searching purposes: The air line going from the intake to the booster has a one way valve in it about midway. This valve can go out too and it will give the same stiff pedal feel as a bad booster. Also, if you have the air line to the booster backward it will give a stiff...

Re: VAF 100%
Dan- The four banger units can be "adjusted" if you know what you are doing. I would get a new VAF if that one is giving you so much trouble. It is alot more trouble and expense to get a MSnS and instal it... But if you have a BP-t or BPT then the MSnS will be a good HP investment and much...

Re: Seat Belt and Door Lock Replacement
Na, forget Mazda, they are going to be a hassel and it will only be a temp fix since they will break again some time. Do a manual belt conversion. It is not that hard IMO and will be a good permanent fix. I'm sure if you bat your eyes at some Canook they will sell you the parts you need for cheap. I...
