Re: NEED HELP NOW!!!! Car wont start after!!!!!
Did you clean the TB as well? Check that the butterfly is closing all the way. You should have 1 to 1.5 inchecs of slack on the cable. It seems like alot, but you'll not notice on the pedal and it gives the line some slack to expand and contract with temp changes. Does the car studder at all when yo...

Could also be that you did not seat the mani properly and have a huge vac leak. I've seen the VAF go on backward if you are using a CIA. I've seen fuel lines get reversed. Loose throttle body and thus a vac leak. Missed or forgot the large vac tube on the back of the intake, or pinched it when reins...

Re: alil help plz
Yeah, get a generic one. The Stealership will cost a ton and I doubt you can remove one from a junk car without breaking it too. Those things get really brittle with age. PS- watch out for the vacuum cans next to it when you are fixing it. Don't want to break them or their hose fittings b/c those wo...

Re: Ignition Question
Stalls when driving could be alot of things, but I would definately start by checking the disty. There is a good how-to test the disty in the online manual. Otherwise it could be bad temp sensors leading to too much gas, or bad O2s leading to too much gas too. However, usually that creates a backfir...

Re: Wierd noise coming from front suspension? HELP
You need to do what is commonly known as a suspension shakdown. Jack the car up- put it on jack stands with a wheel chaulk under the rear wheels and the Ebrake on. Start with checking the lugs are tight Check the wheel bearings by trying to move the tire top to bottom - there are better descriptions...

Re: idle is really high after going to a lube shop.
Check the wiring on your neutral switch on the trans. If it gets frayed or broken it will produce a bouncing idle when in neutral. I agree in checking for vaccum leaks first, but the neutral switch would be my second guess. You can set the TPS without the feeler guages and volt meter. I am a pretty ...

Great looking GT car. Is it TriPoint built chasis? Hard to tell from the outside, just know that they make a great 6 chasis. How did they do in the race?

Aasco flywheels is what Rafi sells. He used to offer the Fidanza, but had a few issues or something and made a switch. Aasco is what I run and like it fine. I do not remember which CM I used by name or number, I look at the torque rating... 255 ft/lbs iirc is what I use, and it is not multipuk (I ha...

Pft, he inspired me to try my hand at a ZE swap, I mean if he could do it I surely could.... lol jk- he was lightyears ahead of the rest of us. We were still timid about doing ZE swaps and he was making custom SC set-ups with Nasa grade prop shafts... Also, I'd say his car is still one of the best q...
