Is there spark in your cylinder ? Maybe it is OVER wet.. so you need to dry it before putting it back into the cylinder..

If there is no spark.. take out the wire out of the disty, you'll see sparks coming out if it is ok.. Change your wires, and make sure it is the right lenght..

Signs that your BOV need to be change.. or at least repair until the next repair.. If it is new, it is not normal.. since you ran a lot with your setup..
