I want to know if this conversion is worth it, what is needed to do this conversion
and how much it would cost.

Lot of people have thought of this before (me for example) and here what I think. No, it doesn't worth it because the rear brake on a light weight car like an mx-3 are not important + disc are heavyer so it would take more power to make them turn. Can I get a confirmation on that (just in case)?

I agree. You might as well just get cross drilled rotors and some nice pads up front. Also to help braking you can get stainless steel brake lines. These lines don't expand and therfore keep brake line pressure constant. Check www.corksport.com for new brakes...
quote:
Originally posted by Brainless:
Lot of people have thought of this before (me for example) and here what I think.
