On the way home from purchasing my MX-3 the car shutdown on the highway. Once I towed the car home it seemed to have lost all compression. I checked the spark and the timing belts, both are OK. A compression check turned up almost no compression in one of the cylinders. Any suggestions?

haha I paid 3000 dollars.... put 2500 into fixing it ( within a month of having the car)... Now you wanna know a lemon..now one of my cylinders has bad compression. What a waste of a car... fx designs kit, sparkle blue paint, new clutch and many other mods... Im forced to sell it cuz its too much trouble to do a swap.<P>-eD

Thanks 4 the replies! I didn't research the car because I own a used car lot, and I know the car is still worth the money I paid. Anyone interested in buying the car, great project for $1000?

If you still got it when taxes come back, I'll buy it for the $900 you bought it for.
