Time is coming up when I have to do timing belt on mx-3. I was looking around and found this kit. Seems pretty good quality, what do you guys think?

It's all the same shite. What I have done, which I consider most important is switch to a manual tensioner. You can look on probetalk or here, some people have made guides on how to make them. Or you can pay for a pre made one.

I've run my car without a timing belt cover and a manual tensioner for almost two years without issue. The thing that failed me last time was the hydraulic (auto) tensioner. Made huge damage by snapping it's bolt after giving way and getting snagged by the belt. Had to get the engine heli-coiled in that spot.

So yes, cheapest ebay stuff will work. Hell, if your old bearings are fine, just get a new belt and do the hydraulic tensioner.
