REVERSE LIGHTS NOT WORKING

hey guys, need some help.

my reverse lights stopped working today and not sure why, I checked the bulbs and they seem fine, checked fuses and they are fine. im going to assum the wiring is fine because they were working with no problem then out of the blue they just stopped working. not only that im at my bros house and he doesn't have a volt meter or test light. so im just going to assume they work. is there a back up switch somewhere, or a relay? day time lights work, signal lights work, brake lights work. just no reverse lights

I would double check the connector.

theres a back up switch on the tranny i believe
