Is that a the Mionix aluminum mousepad? how do you like it?


I got my home setup pretty much how i want it, the keyboard is temporary as I'm awaiting the release of the corsair k95 which is why i haven't routed the cable for the keyboard nicely.
I'm debating a 3rd monitor for looks/symmetry but i barely even use the 2nd monitor so it's be kind of a waste of money.

I like how you diagramed the magnetical forces of the donut..............mmmmmmmm.....donuts.......

Great eye! I love it, with a high DPI mouse (using the Logitech Performance MX at work and the MX 5500 @ home) its great, very precises, the mouse glides like on water on glass, I know its supposed to be used for gaming, but its perfect for doing design on the computer. I usually get picked on at work about the fact I have all this extra gear, because everyone else just uses the basic s--- the company provides them. But once they actually use it they quickly learn as to why I upgraded to something better, way better.

I don't really like the Keyboard (Logitech Revolution MX 5500) but its the best "spare" I had at home, it works, better than using the laptops keyboard.


As for going with 3 monitors...



I highly recommend it (home system), lol pay no attention to the shitty pad in that pic, its my 1st pad from when I started playing with computers (I'll never throw it away, no matter how bad it gets), and the pic was taken before the Mionix pad came in

My laptop is missing the left click button, the 'g' key, the arrow down key, all of the trim is basically broken, one of the ports is bunged up with gravel....

It's pretty sweet.

i don't do editing so the extra monitor would be pretty useless to me and i play FPS games a lot more than other styles so my 2 monitors should be fine

gaming/work station... 22" wide and 32" wide
