Draining Powersteering fluid?

In the hopes that I could find an actual "drain" for the powersteering, I attempted to use the online workshop manual('92) section N(steering), page 9(fluid maintenance) to no avail.
Honestly, is there a drain at all? Or am I better off just picking the lowest line in the system and disconnecting it, allowing the fluid to drip into a bucket?
This rack will be depowered before I use it again(not looping the lines). There is a wonderful guide on ClubProtege at this link:

You do need to be a registered member to see it, but I'll copy the information over here so that it may become a sticky.

If you suck out as much fluid out as possible from reservoir, then jack up front end and turn wheels side to side a few times, some more fluid will come out into reservoir. Otherwise disconnecting line and draining it works the best to get most of the remainder.

Hmm, if I am unable to run the car will draining the lines get enough out to avoid a large mess?
I have the rear end in the air, and the front on the ground at the moment. It's kind of "stuck" that way until I can get new rear spindles.

Your stuck... There is no drain... Sucking it out and then pulling lines and letting it drip is the only real method..

Well, I've been googling it, and the general consensus is that uncontaminated power steering fluid isn't so bad for the environment(I.e. dripping some of it on the ground while trying to catch it all isn't fine material).
That's a plus... I'll catch what I can and not sweat what I can't.
Thank you!

It's a pump. disconnect the pressure line from the rack and spin the pump manually and the pump will push the fluid out into a bucket.
You won't get every drop but you will get most of it. Then just be careful when disassembling things nad you won' make a big mess.
