Just wondering whats the fastest car you raced and won??
I only had my car for a year and race any chance i get, but for me the fastest car i beat is a 97 acura CL.

Generally we do not allow street racing stories here, so hopefully you were doing it on the track
2nd. CLs are pretty slow (2.2L) ones anyway. If it was 3.2L then he probably wasn't racing you.

Don't the 97s come in a 3.0 instead of the 3.2?

I ask cause I've heard the 3.2 is much faster then a 3.0.

I think there is a thread of this actually, I'm gonna go search it.

Not really, car weighs ~3219lbs with 145hp 2.2L engine. That is not even with Mx-3 that is ~2500lb car

p.s. I drove customers car and its 97CL w 2.2L. It drives like a tank, its slow and feels very heavy. This one is with slushbox and even though it's Vtec it was pathetically slow. If it has Vtec and its that slow I wonder how slow it would be without one

True true, i was almost gonna buy a CL, but the seller was hecka shady so i didnt and im glad i didnt!! Im having hecka fun with my mx3!

Well two cars actually, In the AWD mx I raced a Roush Mustang, and quite literally he did not stand a chance. I had lengths on him. The other one which was a lot closer and I ended up loosing was a 02ish BMW M3 with NOS. I had several lengths on him up to about 130 and then he caught up and passed me every time we raced. Boost is fun (when used respectively on a closed circuit or track)

my best beat so far is an old vw polo g40 with a eaton m45, it has 167 whp and weighs 800kg. i think its kind of impressive as im driving an allmost stock ze. but hondas gets beaten all the time
