Red Wire under steering colum

hey im posting to say theres a red wire and another wire under steering colum on drivers side with a white fuse connector and a green 30 amp fuse and one other wire both fuses are burned on inside but fuses are fine and im also wondering what that cluster of wires is and what needed for if anyone can help it would be amazing and also i can post pictures at a later date due to them being on my phone

Car alarm?
Stereo related?
Push-button start?

People have done extremely weird things with electrical before, and those 3 are typically what they were going for.

On the plus side, nobody made any "cut the red wire." jokes yet. Dan will be around shortly, I'm sure. :lol:

so replace whole set or go just buy new ones like the fuse things

First find out what it does, if it does anything. If they are unused, or the accessory they powered is removed, then go from there.

could that red wire possibly be connected to my ignition module cause the other day i looked at it as to how my dad broke my ignition and the plastic module is all fried and im wondering if the two of them are connected together and also i boosted my battery and then went for gas turned it off and shes died within like a minute i need help on what the problem could be it keeps dieing and i have no idea whats causing this issue please someone with any valuable info come help me save my poor girl...i dont wanna sell her cause shes falling apart on me thanks
