Usually you can buy it online unless you can find a local jdm engine dealer. It's always better to go inspect it yourself to see what you're buying.

jdmenginedepot.com clean engines thats where i got mine 3 years ago n still running . also they have warrenty also all my other friends also got theres from there as well and they ship fast too .

Dude! you live in like one of the JDM engine importer meccas of the PNW. there are several reputable JDM shops in Kent

i went to www.bestofjdm.com. got my motor last year. was in unbelievable shape and super duper clean.
