Alright so I put in a 2.5l over the weekend and am just looking to double check my work. Anyone have any info/links to a good source on the vacuum/coolant routing on the 2.5l setups for a klde 93-94model range?
Thanks

^ ok this is the style DE that I put in and Im curious how the coolant should be routed from the rear head to the IAC/throttle body and back to the thermostat. Ive left the EGR off so Ild assume the water goes from the block into the iAC but I cant find a line out...
Second pic is a modded setup on Mx6.com, but Im curious how to hook it up without modding it, ideally the line from the head thats shown going to the IAC and the one from the thermostat housing to the egr since my car no longer has one hooked up. Thanks!

Maybe you can't see the 2 coolant lines on the KLDE IAC because the huge vacuum line is in the way?
There are still 2 smaller coolant lines on either side of the large vacuum line that connects to the intake manifold. Coolant runs from the rear cylinder head into one of the IAC coolant lines then out of the other IAC coolant line and bypassing the EGR would go directly to the thermostat housing. Those IAC coolant lines are tough to access. Good luck.

Ya just found it the other day, I could not see that thing when it was installed in the car. Actually had it fired up tonight but theres so many vacuum leaks it just died off. As of right now Im drafting my vacuum lines out so I can route them tomorrow as the mx rand the egr solenoids on the manifold and the purge on the firewall reverse of the probe. So hopefully Ill have it all figured out and running!
