Hi all...

I am rubbing down and repainting my front bumper, and want to remove the front number plate mounting holes, and would like advice as to the best plastic filler to use for this process..

here's a pic for reference..

fiberglass cloth and resin is pretty simple and durable...or the cheapo/easiest route would be some epoxy paste, like JB weld plastic, etc...but i'd do the fiberglass and resin...

I was looking online at a few products.. 3M EZ Patch and flexible plastic filler looked real good... only problem is i can't seem to find anywhere that sells it outside of trade in the UK...

I wen tot the hardware store and picked up a tube of 2 stage plastic epoxy. I cut a square out of another bumper to fill in the hole and plastic epoxied it in place then sanded light body filler sanded and BAM no more plate holes. I fixed my tore up oem side skirts the same way.

If you don't want it to crack out DO NOT USE fiberglass or body fillers.

Use:
Another square and epoxy (like Josh said) I would use this to epoxy your pc. and to fill the void.
Norton speedgrip.

Or get a pc. plastic welded in and finish the surface with the epoxy.
