Looks sooo much better!! (needs a car wash though)
Updated: may 12th 2012
I havent done anything too extreme, since I didn't win the lottery. However a couple months ago I did get a performance cat and full exhaust done. The car sounds amazing to me. I wish however if it was a little deeper roar. And a few weeks ago a friend told me about a mx3 at a local pick n pull so i went to go pick up an extra distributor but came home with many other goodies instead. I have been cleaning, priming, and paint some interior pieces since then on all the days without rain we've goten here in washington.
These are the paints i used:
Vents, and center console pieces drying:
Door handle installed: (In the future i hope to have leather panels which i think will look better with this)
The Interior Before:
The Interior After:
Until next time...

Thank you very much it is very clean. I've goten a full exhaust and performance cat, i personally love the sound it makes however i wish that it was a little bit louder and deeper, but it doesnt sound ricey at all. What i want to do next is intake, however i am young and inexperienced so if anyone would like to point me in the right path i would greatly appriecatte the help. In the end i do wish to have a 2.5 klze swap and repaint and everything but i dont think that will be happening anytime soon unless i come across the engine at a good price, which is rare in my area.
Also as of right now my sunroof will not close ive taken down the panel that has the dome lights and sunroof switch on it but i dont know what to do next and am completely lost, help please!

Nice car btw
On your sunroof can you hear the motor at all? If not theres a tab just behind the sunroof that twists out and you can use an allen key to manually wind it shut. If you can hear it the gear is most likely stripped and you will need to assist it in closing as the plastic track that it moves on strips out over time and will cause the moonroof to bind or even go crooked when closing.

Ha ha, take your time, lots of mods available it's just a little tough sometimes sourcing OEM parts. If your motors running good then maybe concentrate on the cosmetics. The sunroof is a typical problem. I always give my roof a hand when opening or closing it and mine works fine. Spend some time reading through the forums for info and you'll be a MX3 expert in no time.
