Chipping IAT sensor. Good or bad?

I have just purchased a cheap as chips, chip for the IAT sensor. Does anybody know if they are worth the hassle?

No, they're not. I believe it causes your engine to run rich, which is perceived as increased power.

Don't bother, throw it out.

you mean hes not going to get 300+ hp and double his gas mileage with these chips? damn i was so close to buying one...

yeah you gotta love those resistors stuck in a plastic box, these gimmicks make me laugh just like those plugs that add 40 hp.

I got four of them and wired them up in a Delta configuration to make a flux capacitor. My MX-3 travels through time....and gets 32mpg.

True story.

Delta configuration? Thats amateur. Everyone knows that you gain 423% efficiency using the monopolar nodal configuration with a D latch recall.

But the thing about that is, you need a Thurnongulator to mate to your turbo encabulator...
