I have v6 that when it gets hot it refuses to fire, but cooled down it is fine.
Any ideas?
Cheers

Distributor.
Poor OEM quality of the coil AND transistors in the ignitor lead to disty failure. Its preceded by misfires at certain RPM, not starting/running when hot, CEL #2, and obviously, no spark issues.
Unlucky for you, you have a 1994 vehicle which has a distributor unique to its year. If you're strap for cash, try DistributorKing on ebay, but expect to get a few defective units from them. They will honor their lifetime guarantee, though.

It will be the TOT57171 for you.
I think rockauto has the distributor minus the cap and rotor for 60 or 70 brand new. Otherwise, you'll search for this model disty for a while (or pay 300-400 for one).
I know this from plenty of experience lol
