1600RPM RPM's bouncing
1600RPM RPM's bouncing
I found a quirk with my car. When I depress the gas peddal to 1600rpm and hold it there the engine will drop down to around 700rpm then shoot back up to 1600 then down again and up and down and up and down and ,,,welll you get the picture. Weird. Other than that the car runs fine.

I'm going to check the VAF but other than that, if it was my lawn mower I'd reset the mixture screws. lol

Sounds almost like the iac kicking in trying to bring the idle down on you, I am assuimg that you have no vac leaks on the car and that its not an automatic from what I have read on the forums from what you posted before.

No not an auto, 5spd. I was going to check my coolant level but if that was the case I thought it wouldn't be isolated to just 1600rpm???
