Only someone from Winnipeg would plan a meet during the winter. Ha, you could call it "The Shiver by the River". You could stand around and compare Anti Freeze brands. Hey how about, "Knees Knockin and We're Talking". Just remember the chap stick and thermal underwear. I'll call CAA to have a tow truck standing by to boost your frozen engines. Ok a round of Eskimo pie for everyone.
