WTB - sunroof switch and door pin switch

The cover on my sunroof switch broke so I need a new cover but I will buy the entire switch if you have it. I am also looking for the driver side door pin switch, I will take a pair if available.

I will have both of those, if you're interested, but I'm up in Canada. I'd expect I could get it to you for around $40 shipped.
