Really I don't know suspension what is a good stiff setup completely lowered....

Ksports. Stiff as hell, low as hell. Adjsutable and with camber plates up front.
Only other thing you can do is Ground Controls and a shock, but I dont recommend it for going that low, the shock will be at the bottom of its articulation all the time. IE. my car lol

there is a company that makes the full air kit for the mx3 theya re called airbagit.com the kit is pricy but well worth it...
