Hey Everyone just installed an ebay test pipe on my MX-3 GS and id just wanted to share :) =

Before=

Mods= K&N Air intake,
Gutted cat converter,
Tanabe Super Medalion Racing exhaust

After=

Ebay test pipe,

It sounds much louder and deeper than the gutted cat converter, Very raspy too.. It opened up the exhaust a lot more.. My friend's comment since he was the first to hear it while picking up lunch at a mall= This is a V6 and it sounds like a Honda that's f**ked up.. Sounds good from inside the car driving but a little buzzy from the exhaust.. I never knew how loud the rasp was from outside hmmm.. What do you folks think?

P.S. Merry Christmas everyone!

I think you should put cat back on there before you get ticket. Also you won't pass emissions test if it's required in your area. Best case go with high flow cat.

A better video of the test pipe sound at cruising speeds.. Video camera did not pick up how raspy it sounds (Got like a buzzing note from the exhaust at around 2400rpm-3100) Sounds very much deeper in person..
