Where to buy Oil pressure sandwich plate?

Just curious where you can get them? Would normal auto parts stores have 'em?
Curious of it as I might install an oil pressure gauge sometime soon.. kinda limited on what I can do in the winter, but the oil pressure gauge is an easy task that I don't think the winter will hinder me from doing (so long as I can borrow my grandmother's garage
