how do i know if it's the coil?

the car runs fine once it starts at any rpm even rev it up to 7k without problem.
it idles fine as well.

the only problem is it has a check light - 04 code - no ne1 signal ( i think )

i m guessing it's the ignition module.

only has the long starting problem...sometimes one long start, sometimes two or three times
in the end, it always starts .... so far.

There are? Where do I find them?
I'd much rather buy an already modded cap than keep a backup of these things for the next time it goes.

If you think it's the ignition module then you can just install the GM Ignition Module part of the HEI mod. Without having to do the Coil or Cap mod part of it.
