I'm not sure where you're looking in the manual, but it's pretty clear from pages F2-115 to F2-118

A lot of money doesn't need to be spent. A fuel pressure tester is around 50 bucks, and you can get a cheap multi-meter for 20 bucks.

And if you took the time to read the pages that I linked, you'd see that the vehicle doesn't need to be running to perform the tests, just the ignition on. The vehicle is actually not supposed to be running.

Pay more attention when you're given advice or don't ask for help.

Or go to a mechanic and pay hundreds of dollars for him to diagnose a problem that would have cost you 70 dollars and a little bit of patience.

sorry to sound like a prick and go off. but i tired of ppl say read the book. if you look at the first page that you told me it dose say to let the motor warm up. there for that is y i said that it wont run. i mean i would like your help but i just am getting pissed off at this car. so all i can do is check the ohms. right

You can check the resistance at each injector, as well as remove the injector rail with the ignition on and two specific pins jumped in the diagnostic connector(as the manual says) and measure the volume (if any) of fuel that is ejected.

There are other procedures in the pages that I linked to that do not require the car to be running, or expensive test equipment.

I would think the car would still fire up (roughly) with 4 working cylinders, but I'm not sure. Make sure you clean those contacts at the connectors well with some contact cleaner, and check the wiring at the connectors for perfect continuity before replacing the injectors . (Injectors are quite expensive)
