There are lots of us in Calgary. Inc, Mi|<E and I. But anyone on here should be willing to help with any questions you may have. I am pretty sure Calgary has the largest Mx3 ratio on the road... just most of them are not on the site. :x

i think all you need to do is increase the idle using the idle screw

just jump gnd and ten turn the scrwe clockwise

on your first post, you were told to check for vac leaks and to spray some carb cleaner around your intake to check for leaks. Did you do this? This is a very common problem and the fixes normally include a short cold air intake or some duct tape on the tube. We are all willing to help, but you must be willing to try somethings on your own.
Have you seen the search function?
http://www.mx-3.com/phpBB3/search.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Sorry for being blunt. Just giving you enough respect to tell you the truth.
BTW
What part of the city are you in?

if you have a dremil, cut a slit into it and use a flat head screw driver to remove it, and get a replacement one either at the junkyard or whereever you like
