The k8 tb is pretty small. I would think that the ZE would be choked.

1) Same as stock. Do into a parts store and ask for the accessory belt with A/C, they'll usually ask A/C or not
2) Don't cheap out on the clutch, especially if you plan on running nitrous. Get a reputable manufacturer and a stage 2 would probably be recommended
3) Filling the side mounts is up to you.
4) Oh I'd believe so. People put K8 IM's on as temporary solution as well. It works, but will restrict power.
5) Stock axles hold up fine. Unless the CV's are done or going, no point really.
6) The only "right" ECU for the curved-neck would be a Probinator. KL31 & KL36 ECU's are for straight neck ZE's

For the axles, I'd use the stockers until they go out, then when you do replace them, contact CV Tech for a set of their 275-300 hp axles. Yeah, overkill, but they'll last.

Or you get Canadian Tire remans. They have a lifetime warranty.

2% of 100km/h is 2km/h.

Please appreciate the restraint required to stop myself giving you a pretty severe lecture about paying attention in grade 10 math class.

mines out like 6-10 km's with 205/40R17's
dont use the K8 throttle body, you will be killing the engine. i used mine for a while it was still pretty fast but once the KL31 throttle body went on there was a huge improvement

Mine was spot on with my 205/40/17's, but I had previously tilted my speedhut gauges to make it look like i was going faster than i was, but that was maybe 2-3km/h, but the GPS confirmed it was spot on.
