no voltage at ignition coil.. HELP

im not getting any spark right now, i have a mx-3 klze swapped with HEI mod.
i dont get 12 at the 3 pin connector on the disty, if i power it directly from th ebattery i get spark, otherwise i dont.. online manual says to check main fuse, relay, ecm.. everything checks out, i dont know what to do anymore! its driving me craze!!
