I've done a little searching about KFZE from Mazda Lantis V6. It seems that everyone prefers the KLZE. Well it's not easy to get a KLZE over here. So it happened that I come across with a KFZE. I'm wondering if the KFZE is a direct swap for the GS. Please guide me.

Its like doing the klze swap. You need the correct ecu and what not but pretty much the same as a KLZE swap as te motor has the same dimensions etc.

The tranny will bolt up fine. The issue is if he has the Lantis LSD tranny, then there will be a axle issue. However, a normal non lsd Lantis tranny or a k8 GS tranny will work fine

Ya I heard about those axels. Need for spuds SE said something about the KFZE being uncompatable with something. Hey maybe I should just ask him, d-uh.

KFZE's are cursed... every time that someone has tried to use a KFZE has had unfortunate results...

Stock k8 harness will line up fine if you are OBDI (92-95ish)

My kf went trough hydrolock and it survived.
Ironically...
When I swapped thje the klze I left the engine in my yard.. then .. we had a really bad monsoon season..
and the engine was under water for 3 days.
Took it out appart, cleaned.. and didnt turn freely.
Gave it to my friend so he can use it as a core to get a millenia ze.
The engine is faster than a k8, but not to much noticeable.
very reliably.
its just like a spanking new k8.
