klze curved neck questions

hi i am new to this website and have a couple questions about the klze curved neck that i just bought for my car k well i just have to ask on my klze there is a little like 1/4 inch metel tube that comes out just under my radiator line under the disty does anyone know what thats for?

here is a pic of it you can barley see it its the bottom circaled one now the top circled one whats that for my motor does not have it do i need it?

I believe it is there for emissions. It blows the excess oil back into the manifold instead of the atmosphere. Correct me if I'm wrong. Then at the T you should hook that up to the intake.

Top one is a return line for oilfumes to the intake.

I had the bottom on my old ZE motor. It was part of the coolant system IIRC. Get another pic for us to be sure, but I had the hold plugged with a bolt and some JB weld.

the bottom hose is the one that goes to an automatic tranny, because it's a ZE and they came with AUTOs on curved necks.
