Anyone know anything about PX3 oil additive?

I saw it on HorsepowerTV. They dynoed a charger, or something with about 400 HP. After adding it, they got 9 more. Theoretically, it should give a ZE 4.5 HP. They say it's good for 5% increase on the site.
