Chipping the mx3 ECU, best buys.....

Post by helpifican »

Hello there. I have just bought an MX3 in excellent condition. I live in England and have the UK version engine. Can anyone help with the best type of ECU modifications availiable? Cost is an issue as usual! lol.

Thank-you. :D

Please note, I'm not after the cheap resistor type, I'm talking about real ones e.g. superchip, star chip, etc...

Don't waste your money, chipping your ecu won't do much for a stock MX-3.

Save up and swap your motor, then thing about power adders.

If you really don't want to do a swap, then you could rebuilt and turbo, or nitrous, but it will cost the same as a KLZE (200hp)

Wot Vanished said. Don't bother with a chip if you're running stock motor. Stock ECU is very well tuned for the motor.
