HELP Reverse Phone look up HELP

Hey guys , if any of you guys have a reverse phone lookup subscription , can you PM me , I need you to look up info for me , some guy screwed me on ebay , All I have is his cell phone number , So I wanted to do a reverse phone lookup so I can get his house number , and address so I can nail this guy ,
He's making up lame excuses about my package / money , I filed a claim with paypal, ebay , and my credit card company , but they are all giving me the run around , he doesn't answer his cell phone , and Im out of $525.00 and extremely PO'ed
Or if anyone is in the Cali area that can swing by this guys house I would greatly appreciate it ,

If it's a cell phone I don't think the the reverse number will return an address. Also, California is really big and is the most populated state, so you'll have to be a bit more specific.

your hooped, unless you know the cell company he is with. If you do, phone them. You might need to file a report before they would give you info tho.

Well I don't have his exact location, thats why I need to do a reverse lookup from his cellphone number. The way that works is , these private company's pay the cellphone company's for the information of their customers which will reveal the billing address, and the cell phone owners identification , This also works for pagers , and other numbers as well,
I was just wondering if anyone had a subscription to this , I already have his cell phone provider , Blue Licenses holding (a small cingular branch) but I can't find a phone number to reach them directly either ,
