Hey guys i need a little bit of help

i got a 92 gs with klze , cai and a kl02 mass air flow sensor , plugs wires were ordered for probe. k8 disty and o2s and stock 1.8 fuel pump with new filter / fuel lines. Probe Y pipe on with stock cat and cat back exhaust 2 1/4 " I am trying to run it with kl36 ecu but the car idles at a low rpm 630 -650 ( kinda low should be up around 700) off idle accel is really sluggish barly accelarate up to almost 3k rpm then it starts pulling . If you punch it in any gear at higher rpms 4.5+ the car hesitates pulls hesitates then starts going real hard .
Here is what i checked so far :
- idle been set to 10 deg BTDC
- TPS been set according to the site, used analog multimeter + feeler gauges checked voltage reading after all that it was within range.
- fuel pressure was 65+ psi at pump
- tried adjusting idle screw to get rpm higher at idle but it woulndt go any higher than 650
- removed vacum line from pressure regulator to see if max fuel pressure would change anything .
- no check engine light on
- no vacuum leaks
i may forgot to mention a few things but i doubt it
ask me question plz and if anyone got some suggestion plz feel free to say it im really lost and its kinda frostrating
Only thing i can think of is changing o2 from 1.8 to 2.5 L but i dont think they read differently, havent checked unless my old ones are faulty hmm.. they are expensive tho.

Why are you runing with a KL02 VAF? I dont know anyone who had tried it with a KL31/36 ECU, but that's normally because the stock K8 JE50 VAF is what is actually used with it.

with either kl31/36 ecu you HAVE to use the JE50, you cannot use the kl02

oh and you'll never see a check engine light as the jspec ecus dont have that option, you can still pull codes, but you'll never have your CEL light come on

yup the kl02 vaf is causing you problems. put a stock mx3 v6 vaf on and you should be fine....aka JE50
